Why choose to study this program?
Mechanical Design, Manufacture and Automation is a four-year, English-taught undergraduate programme that combines mechanical engineering, modern manufacturing technologies, computer-aided design, and industrial automation. Students develop a strong foundation in engineering mathematics, mechanics, materials, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and automation.
The programme includes specialized subjects such as CAD/CAM, CNC technology, robotics, mechatronics, control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, intelligent manufacturing, and production management. Students also gain practical experience through laboratory work, engineering projects, workshops, industrial training, and computer-based design and manufacturing activities.
Graduates develop strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and are prepared for careers in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, robotics, production, quality control, and engineering management. The programme also provides a solid foundation for postgraduate studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, robotics, automation, mechatronics, and related fields.
